The project is in the process of scoping the design of the facility. This is known as the pre-Front End Engineering Design (pre-FEED) stage. The detailed design of the facility will begin in late spring 2013. Construction is anticipated to begin by early 2015 and take about four years. The earliest LNG shipments to customers would be late 2018.
